Profession: Musician / Composer

Best known as a composer, writing both contemporary music and music for film. He also works as a studio arranger/composer and is a founding member of the Badcore Horns, who have played on over 40 albums to date and have played live with Otis Redding III, Martha Reeves, Lazy Habits and the Haggis Horns.

Simon was last year commissioned to write his first full length film soundtrack and the film, ‘The Battles of the Coronel and Falkland Islands’ was given its restoration Premier in the archive gala of the London Film Festival 2014. Also in 2014, Simon won his second British Composer (BASCA) Award for his work, ‘Journey of the Lone Wolf’, and released his debut album ‘Euneirophrenia’.
